Terms and Conditions

NexCV is an AI-assisted résumé (CV) analysis tool. The Service audits your CV against your industry context and returns a verdict (level/score and strengths) for free, plus detailed corrections (keywords and rewrites) available through payment.

The analysis is advisory and automated. It is not professional, employment, or recruiting advice, and it does not guarantee interviews, hiring, or any outcome in your job search.

To access certain features you must create an account with your email and password, or via your Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity under your account.

You must be of legal age or have your guardian’s authorization to use the Service. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The initial review (verdict and strengths) is free. The corrections detail requires: (a) "One-time Optimization," a one-time payment of $99 MXN granting one (1) credit equal to one unlock; or (b) "Active Search," a $279 MXN monthly subscription with unlimited unlocks while active.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN); for customers outside Mexico, the amount may be automatically converted to your local currency and subject to taxes.

The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and does not create a prorated refund.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the digital content has been unlocked or consumed, as this is an immediately delivered digital service you agree to receive in advance.

You agree not to: (a) upload third-party résumés or data without consent; (b) upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; (c) attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; (d) use the Service for fraudulent purposes or unauthorized mass access.

Only PDF files up to 3 pages and within the allowed size are accepted. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of your résumé and the data you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license for the time needed to process your CV and provide the Service (including sending it to our AI providers to generate the analysis).

All software, brand, design, and content of the NexCV platform belong to NexCV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The analysis is generated with third-party artificial intelligence models and retrieval techniques. Results may contain inaccuracies or may not reflect the criteria of a specific recruiter. Use your own judgment before acting on any recommendation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and update these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting; continued use means acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexCV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost job opportunities, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three (3) months.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by law.
